David A. Howard began his walk with the Lord by accepting God’s plan of salvation in 1978.  Shortly afterward he became a licensed minister in the Church of God in Christ and a few years later was ordained as an elder.

Pastor Dave and his high school sweetheart,

Diane Vogel have been married for 38 years. They have three children and two grandchildren.

Pastor Dave began his pastorate at Holy Mission Ministries in the year 2000 when his late father, Nathaniel Howard, retired.  He has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist since 1986 and is currently working at the Saginaw VA Hospital.
